Fulfilment Timeline

Orders are shipped from our warehouse partner in Austin, Texas, USA. On average it takes 1-2 days for your order to be fulfilled.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. The estimated delivery time will be shown at the shipping selection at checkout.

*International Orders (outside USA & Canada)

An additional customs and tax fee (including sales tax or VAT) can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Returns

To start the return process, you must reach out to us at support@mfraise.com

Items are eligible to be returned 15 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original state, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and have its original tags. Returns are subject to inspection prior to the refund being issued.

We are unable to provide a return label so these orders must be mailed back to us at the customers expense. We recommend using a mail service that issues tracking information and insurance for the value of the contents as M. Fraise is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’.
