Fulfilment from Warehouse: It can take 1-14 days for your order to be fulfilled and handed off to the mail carrier
Delivery (Canada): Delivered through UPS - Standard Shipping. Estimated shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days after the fulfilment time
Delivery (USA): Delivered through UPS - Standard Shipping. Estimated shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days after the fulfilment time
Delivery (International): Delivered through Canada Post - Tracked International Shipping. Estimated shipping time is approximately 3-10 business days after the fulfilment time

An additional customs and tax fee (including sales tax or VAT) can occur on international orders. This additional fee is not shown at checkout and may be collected at your post office. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Any of these potential fees are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

Please double check your address is correct before completing the checkout. Once your order is fulfilled (you receive tracking information via email), we are unable to change your address or redirect your package.

Our warehouse is located in Canada and will ship from here.
How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. We first need to fulfill your order - this may take between 1-14 days.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbour's in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@mfraise.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@mfraise.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Package Returned to Sender
Package Returned to Sender
A package can be returned to sender for a number of reasons such an incorrect address.
If your tracking information says "Returned to Sender" and is no longer being delivered to your address, please let us know by emailing support@mfraise.com.
We may need to wait for the original package to be returned back to our warehouse before resending the order.
