Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Item(s)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email support@mfraise.com and attach a photo of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product.

Returns

To start the return process, you must first reach out to us at support@mfraise.com

Items are eligible to be returned 15 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original state, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and have its original tags. Returns are subject to inspection prior to the refund being issued.

We are unable to provide a return label so these orders must be mailed back to us at the customers expense. We recommend using a mail service that issues tracking information and insurance for the value of the contents as M. Fraise is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’.

Exchanges

At this time we are unfortunately unable to offer any exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@mfraise.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once an order is fulfilled (you have received a tracking link email), we are no longer able to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order and it has not been fulfilled yet, please email us at support@mfraise.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I Change My Address?

Please double check your address is correct before completing the checkout. Once your order is fulfilled, we are unable to change your address or redirect your package.

Packaged Returned To Sender

A package can be returned to sender for a number of reasons such an incorrect address.

If your tracking information says "Returned to Sender" and is no longer being delivered to your address, please let us know by emailing support@mfraise.com.

We may need to wait for the original package to be returned back to our warehouse before resending the order.
